Welcome to the Day of Delivery app. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Day of Delivery app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. Use of the App

• You may use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes to verify the accuracy and completeness of deliveries from the world-renowned Swedish furniture store.
• You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded receipts comply with applicable laws.

3. In-App Purchases

• The app offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the ability to verify receipts with 10 or more items.
• All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to its terms.
• Purchases are non-refundable, except as required by law or App Store policies.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, and functionality of the app are the property of Michal Kůs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
• Michal Kůs is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including, but not limited to, loss of data or inaccuracies in delivery verification of receipts.

6. Termination of Access

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time without prior notice for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes agreement to the new Terms of Use.
