These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DayLight.One mobile application (the "App"), operated by Michal Kus ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the App
DayLight.One provides information related to daylight conditions, including:
- sunrise and sunset times,
- first light and end of light estimates,
- daylight duration,
- weather-influenced light estimates (RealLight).
The App is intended for informational and personal use only.
2. Informational Use Only
The App provides estimates based on astronomical calculations and weather data. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of the information.
You use the App at your own risk. It should not be used for safety-critical decisions.
3. Location and Third-Party Data
The App uses device location and third-party data sources (e.g. weather providers). Accuracy depends on these external inputs.
4. Subscriptions
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (DayLight Pro).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- You can manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings.
5. License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and technology in the App are owned by Michal Kus.
7. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
